Do you have a busy schedule, and cannot commit to that 5pm workout every day? You can do your workouts whenever works best for you.  Also, you don’t have to physically meet with anyone, which means, you have access to your workout, wherever you are in the US.

Traveling for fun or business? Just let me know and I’ll create a plan for your time away that you can do right from your hotel!

All programs are 12 week commitments. Can be paid in full or reoccurring monthly installments – Prices listed are for the full 12 week programs.

 

Basic – $195

  • An app on your smartphone with your training plan – you can log your workouts, watch videos on the exercises assigned to you & track all your progress right there!
  • Form checks via video

Standard – $379

Includes:

  • Grocery shopping list along with information & guidance on healthy eating to help you meet your goals

  • Unlimited program adjustments
  • Form checks via video
  • Weekly email support – 2 emails per week

 

VIP – $699

Includes:

  • You will get a 100% fully customized fitness plan to help you meet your goals

  • Grocery shopping list along with information & guidance on healthy eating to help you meet your goals

  • Weekly food log reviews
  • Unlimited program adjustments
  • Form checks via video
  • 24/7 email access (unlimited) – replies within 24 hours
  • Weekly skype calls/check in’s
  • Access to all challenges during training time period @ no extra charge

Requirements:  Gym membership required unless there are special circumstances. Must be self-motivated & ready to work with me to accomplish your goals. Must be committed. Must be 100% honest. (Not telling me about the 5 donuts you eat a day will not help either of us)  😉

 Ashley Ann Fitness does not give refunds on any of our online personal training programs. You are signing up because you are interested in Transforming your health and fitness and therefore you are in this to get results. Do not sign up if you are not ready to make some changes.

*Nutrition guidance does NOT contain a specific meal plan. I will teach YOU how to properly eat and “pick apart” foods to really learn about them, find out the good, the bad & the ugly so you can make this a lifelong change. Diets = failure.
